These terms govern your use of lumeora.com.bd and any purchase made through it. Please read them before ordering.

Using the website - You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. - You agree to give accurate contact and delivery information. Orders with fake names, unreachable numbers or invalid addresses may be cancelled. - You may not copy our photographs, product descriptions, designs or brand marks without written permission.

Products, prices and stock - Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device. - Handwork means small variations are normal and are not defects. - Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. - All prices, offers and stock levels may change without notice. If a piece sells out after you order, we will contact you with a refund or an alternative. - Outlet availability shown on a product page reflects our last stock sync and may change during the day; please call the outlet before travelling for one specific piece.

Orders and payment - Luméora is a 100% prepaid store. Cash on delivery is not available. - An order is only a request until the payment is verified. Verified orders move to "confirmed" and cannot normally be edited. - We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error or unreasonable resale quantity.

Coupons and offers - One coupon per order unless stated otherwise, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash. - Coupons may carry a minimum order value, a category limit, a usage limit and an expiry date. - We may withdraw an offer at any time, and we may cancel orders where a coupon was obtained or used abusively.

Fake orders and abuse Placing deliberately false orders, harassing our staff or riders, or repeatedly refusing verified prepaid parcels will result in a permanent ban and, where appropriate, a complaint to the Cyber Crime unit.

Liability We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, for delays caused by weather, strikes, courier failure or other events beyond our control, or for damage caused by incorrect washing or wearing.

Intellectual property All content on this website — photographs, text, layout, logo and the Luméora name — belongs to Luméora and is protected under Bangladeshi copyright and trademark law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

Changes We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
