Fake pages and resellers using our photographs are unfortunately common. Please read this before paying anyone claiming to be Luméora.

Any other page, number, group or "reseller portal" is not us.

Common scams - A Facebook page copying our name, logo and product photos, asking for advance payment to a personal bKash or Nagad number. - A caller claiming your parcel is "stuck at customs" and asking for an extra fee. - A "lucky winner" or "Eid gift" message asking for a small fee to release a prize. - Someone asking for your OTP, PIN, card number or CVV over the phone.

How to stay safe - Pay only through the checkout on this website, never to a personal mobile wallet number. - Never share an OTP or PIN. No Luméora employee will ever ask for one. - Check that the payment page shows the official gateway and the amount matches your order. - Verify your order number on the Track Order page rather than trusting a screenshot. - Before travelling to an outlet for a specific piece, call that outlet using the number listed on our Store Locations page.

If you were targeted - Stop all communication and do not send further payment. - Take screenshots of the page, the profile, the number and the payment receipt. - Report the page to Facebook, and the number to your mobile wallet provider's helpline. - File a complaint with the Cyber Crime unit, and report the incident to us at support@lumeora.com.bd so we can pursue takedown.

Our commitment We publish prices publicly, issue an invoice with every parcel, verify each prepaid payment before dispatch, and never ask for extra charges after checkout.
