Shipping Policy

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, and to selected international destinations. Every order is dispatched only after the payment has been verified.

Delivery timelines - Dhaka Metropolitan: 1–2 working days (express same-day where available). - Narayanganj, Gazipur and Savar: 2–3 working days. - Divisional cities (Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barishal, Mymensingh): 2–4 working days. - All other districts and upazilas: 3–5 working days. - Remote chars, hill tracts and island areas: up to 7 working days.

Delivery charges - Dhaka Metro: ৳70 standard, ৳150 express. - Other major cities: ৳110 standard, ৳200 express. - Outside metro areas: ৳140 standard. - Free standard delivery on orders above ৳5,000.

How dispatch works - You place a prepaid order and receive an order number immediately. - Our system verifies the payment, then the order moves to "confirmed". - The piece is quality checked, packed and handed to the courier — you receive an SMS with the tracking number. - On the delivery day the rider calls the phone number on the order. Please keep it switched on.

Packaging Every order is wrapped in tissue, sealed in a branded box or courier-safe pouch, and includes an invoice. Gift packaging can be requested in the order instructions field.

Failed or delayed deliveries - If the rider cannot reach you, we retry twice. After that the parcel returns to us and we contact you to re-dispatch; a second delivery charge applies. - Deliveries pause during declared holidays, strikes, floods or other events outside our control. We will inform you by SMS or phone.

Overseas delivery We ship to the USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Singapore. Charges are quoted per order by weight, and duties or customs charges at destination are the customer's responsibility. Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days.
